Ted International Education Group was officially established in 2025, with its headquarters in Barcelona, Spain. As the first Chinese-controlled international education group in Spain, we boast 47 years of rich educational heritage and are an IB World School officially recognized by the Spanish Ministry of Education.

The Group's business spans six major sectors: K16 international education, the arts ecosystem, overseas internships and employment, international publishing, and cooperative educational programs. With branches in Spain, Hong Kong SAR, Beijing, Chongqing, Kunshan (Jiangsu), and beyond, we have established a global footprint in the education industry.

Ted International Education Group implements a global development strategy, establishing branches in Spain, China, and other locations to create a "one core, multiple wings" global layout. Our Journey

2024year

5 month：Mr. Liang Ran fully acquired the 191979-year-old Vila de Canes School in Barcelona, Spain, renaming it Teide International School (TEIDE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL). This marks the first time a Chinese investor has fully acquired a Spanish basic education institution.
9 month：At the first opening ceremony following the acquisition, Chinese Acting Consul General to Barcelona and Mayor of Viladecans attended, officially establishing the educational philosophy of "Seeing the World Through Children's Eyes."
10 month：Establish an arts campus in collaboration with the San Luke Arts Center; forge a deep partnership with the Liceu Conservatory.

2025year

7 month：Organize student participation in the China-Europe Youth Ambassador "YES Program" for exchange visits to China; launch a joint academic program with Kunshan Chengfeng International College, enabling students to earn dual Chinese and Western diplomas.
10 month：Launched in Beijing the "2026 Maritime Silk Road China-West International Art Exhibition," supported by institutions including the Barcelona Confucius Institute.

2026year

1 month：Signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Beijing Jintai Art Museum, officially launching the "TED International Art" brand in China.
1 month：Signed an art study abroad cooperation agreement with New Oriental Sphinx Full-time Academy; established a deep partnership with Chongqing Bashu Ivy League School.
2 month：Partnered with RoSSo International Art Center.
3 month：The joint education program with Beijing Future Technology Academy has officially launched.
4 month：Officially established a partnership with Beijing Haidian Foreign Language Experimental School.
